Sound Performance - An Unexpected Journey
“An Unexpected Journey” is an ensemble , which consists of three electro-acoustic musical instruments with laptop-based and mobile-based user interfaces utilizing various sensors, electronics and physical elements to play improvised music. The sound performance describes four stages of a musical journey: introduction, development, turn and conclusion. Each stage aims to lead the audience to experience a unique soundscape with melody, rich timbre and beat.
